Requirements for Trucheck:

• Blood sample must be collected following a 6 hour fasting period.

Blood draw: Total 3 tubes containing 26 ml whole blood

Requirements for all other types of blood biopsy

• The patient must not have received any form of cancer therapy (radiation / chemo-therapy / surgery / endocrine therapy etc.) for at least 15 days prior to collection of the sample.
• The patient must not have received oral or IV corticosteroids at least 15 days prior to the collection of the sample.
• Patient has no current febrile or any other acute inflammatory illness.
• The patient does not have an acute exacerbation or exacerbation of an inflammatory condition requiring emergency medical therapy at least 5 days before sampling.
• The patient has not received a blood transfusion / PET-CT / CT scan at least 5 days prior to the collection of the sample.
• The patient is not positive for HIV / HBV / HCV.
• Blood sample must be collected following a 6 hour fasting period.

TAT (Working days, from arrival in England lab 10-16 days. We will notify you by phone when your results are ready.
